Tiny change request for vote to abandon

I'd be more for 'you can't vote to abandon unless you've wiped on a boss and you lasted more than 3 mins' like how the echo buff kicks in XD

Is there a lockout for it? I know you can't vote to kick for like some time after initiating a kick vote...

I think it's around a 6hr cool down until you can start another vote. Nothing would stop you from getting someone else in the party from starting a vote though.

yeah but if it's a premade of 3 people doing stuff like that at least they'd only get 3 runs then be forced to sit around twiddling their thumbs XD
