Since I also recently returned to the game, how do I level up most efficiently at 30+?

Also, 1/1 Eternal shade boooooooiiiii. Dunno if it has a super high drop rate but that NM took a while to take down at rank 30 PUG.

Behests would be my suggestion for the quickest and grind here and there in between.

They're being completely reworked, not removed. I know Matsui said it but I'm not gonna look for it.

Matsui touches on the subject in his battle blueprint post, and that they won't be touched on for quite awhile.

We are afraid to inform you that work on the Battle Regimen system has been postponed, as adjustments and additions alone will not suffice to address problems. There is a need to rework the system from the ground up, and we will lay the foundation stones after other changes have been seen to completion.
