    Allagan Scepter Taking away ilvls anyone else have this?

    So I got an Allagan Scepter and it is taking 3 ilvls away from me when I equip it. Anyone else have this happening? Wouldn't be a big deal but can't get into some PF groups requirements.

    Shield slot and 2-handed weapons count.

    If you are going from a staff to scepter without a shield of similar ilvl, you will lose total ilvl.

    Oh.. I had Garuda's Van so I guess that is why, Thanks guess I will need a shield now.
