Hm...I know there are a lot of English-speaking linkshells on Wutai, but at the moment many of the end-game ones are on hiatus until 1.18, nearly all of my own included. You should see tons of people come Thursday though. I know I'll be on.

EDIT: We do have many players that aren't end-game or are working on lower-level classes, so you could possibly join.
