Book FATEs Need Improved Spawn Rates

They should just give the players the option to spawn the FATEs manually, or give the player some way of triggering it (killing X number of mobs, for example). Waiting around is not fun. If I wanted to do that, I'd go fishing.

I spent the entire night last night (save for one AV run with a friend who needed it) standing around waiting for the three Fates for one of my books to spawn. It was absolutely ridiculous.

In total, I started about 5:30pm and didn't finish up with the final one until almost 11pm. So, minus the one AV run that took about a half hour, I spent 5 hours standing around waiting for these to spawn.
