if each time I played the lotto it took hours out of my life, then yes. I would complain about it.

I usually just do a /disappointed and keep it movin. But the /disappointed is critical

Personally if there is a specific item I want, like a levi weapon for example, I make my own party finder group and restrict other people from my job from joining. If you're a tank or healer then you have to deal with 1 other person lotting against you, but on the other hand you don't have to deal with long que times for dungeons/df so I think it's a fair trade in the end.
