PS4: Duty List HUD widget moves out of position

On the PS4 version of the game, the Duty List HUD element never seems to be in the same place when I logged in as it was when I last logged out. Usually, it gets moved upwards by a moderate amount so that it overlaps the minimap, requiring me to move it back downwards manually every time. This also has happened once or twice while I was actively playing the game, but I can't find a common thread; it happening on login seems to be far more consistent.

My HUD layout is pretty similar to the default, with the Duty List touching the rightmost edge of the screen, positioned under the minimap. When this issue occurs, the Duty List will either be higher up on the screen where it overlaps with the minimap, or will be lower on the screen than it should be.

Everything else about my HUD remains properly positioned; it's just the Duty List that seems to move around. The Duty List widget is sized at either 100% or 120%, I can't remember precisely which.

Steps:
1. Position the Duty List HUD element against the rightmost edge of the screen.
2. Log out of the game.
3. Log back into the game. Usually, the Duty List won't be in the same place that it was placed in step 1 in terms of vertical position.

Its not just PS4. Seen this numerous times on PC as well. It likes to shift up on its own every now and then.

It happens on PC a lot, mostly when u Alt+Tab D:
They even created a / command to fix quickly restore the HUD in one of the lastest updates, but I forgot the command ._.
