I was more referring to the FC's that have the money to buy a house now can get even more money growing and selling these thing. While the people who are struggling to get a FC house are screwed.

Nice catch, I'm actually the only person on my server so far who has a bought a Manor Harp from the MB and I got it for under 25k. The Marching Horn that sold went for 850k and the Harpsichord a bit over a million. And the mats for them all are very similar, if not identical. Gotta love when people don't check the history and sell expensive stuff for dirt cheap!!
