it seems we have some great in-game suggestions and ideas posted in various sections of the forums, including this one, which is supposed to be for this purpose:
The purpose of this forum is for players to submit feedback and suggestions related to the FINAL FANTASY XIV official forums, The Lodestone and other official websites concerning FINAL FANTASY XIV. In order for us to be able to offer a better service, we would like to hear your opinions.
Perhaps if we had an in-game suggestions section, or the capabilities of writing and posting suggestions in-game like FFXI had, we would not lose some of these great suggestions in the dark and dirty depths of General Discussions...
