Exploiting Shouldn't Be A Debate (a request for clarity)

This isn't just about win trading but a general pattern with exploits over the last year.
People still debate if speed runs are legit, and if pulling out of duty finder 20 times till you get one progressed to the boss is allowed (I'm sure we all remember the 100s of withdraws from CT)

Lots of people take shortcuts and hope it's allowed
Others think it violates the ToS and don't
All I'm saying is it would really help if people knew if a "shortcut" is an exploit. Make it even for everyone.

You guys need to get over it. Speed running is not an exploit, it's a play style. Pvp win trading isn't an exploit, it's two groups deciding how they want to play, this once again is play style. No bugs are involved, just organized players playing how they want to. If you don't like it, well then tough. There's a lot of things in life you won't like and if you want to be a sane human being you just gotta move on and ignore them. People who say they want other players banned for their play style, when that play-style doesn't affect them in the least sound like spiteful people saying "I don't like them so I want them to be unhappy like me". If you don't want to do speedruns or pvp trade, that is YOUR choice. You need to get off your moral high horses and stop trying to push your view on to others as rules.

The point of this thread isn't saying people should be banned. I don't really want anyone banned.
It's saying if it is considered a "playstyle" a dev should let us know. That's it. That way everyone can choose to play that way or not. Rather than fearing a ban.
No arguments against doing it (personally i see nothing wrong with speedruns as you are still playing and killing stuff)

While you might think win-trading isn't an exploit, it's clear a lot of players think it is. I personally lean to it being an exploit, but that doesn't mean i'm right.
A simple sentence like "yes it is ok" fixes everything.

and they have an equal way of doing it. for pvp, they find 7 other people and fight srsly non stop for 16 hrs straight everyday until they are done. This is because win trading isnt the problem, preset instaquing groups are.

Wintrade isnt used to play with another group, its standing still and take a beating then switch to be the one doing the beating.

And it DOES effect others, people are forced into fights against players/groups with maxed out pvp rank/gear which decreases the chance of winning quite a bit.

If wintraders didnt get an upperhand when im fighting them in pvp then i wouldnt care, unfortuenly they do.

Same thing with Dzmael speedruns. It DOES affect (not effect) others, these people (on aoe dps jobs) have an unfair advantage that lets them hit 50 sooner, get geared up sooner, there's even marginally good gil/hour in speedrunning DD! Let's all cry exploit at that too huh?
