    Accuracy cap?

Thought this kind of info would be a little easier to find, but what is it for BRD?

Is it the same amount required between all classes?

It's the same for all classes and depends on the encounter.
For example coil 5 & Leviathan:
    Rear: 435
    Flank: 458
Front: 475~ <- I'm not MT but I've done fine tanking T5 with 475 might be less even.

    Coil 8-9:
Rear: around 460-70ish~ don't know the exact number.
    Flank: 493
    Front: 515

Spells always hit the Rear thats the reason why BLM needs less accuracy than melees and tanks.
SMN would be in the same boat too if it wasn't for their pets missing if they don't hit higher accuracy requitments.
A Bard would want to hit the flank requirements.

almost all of the Bard's gear has Accuracy on it. So it is incredibly easy to hit the Front Requirements even when not even trying to aim for it, or at least I would imagine it is.

Uh what? Until I decided to side grade and get my soldiery choker I was at 471 acc before food. 494 w/ HQ Lava Toad Legs. Certainly missing some front attacks in t9. Even after the side grade I'm only at 483 before food. Around 506 or 507 w/ HQ Lava Toad Legs. Which... still a little below but probably 'good enough' for t9 front attacks. Will be adding more acc when I can. Max acc I can get on BRD with my soldiery bow before food is 499. It's not 'incredibly easy' to hit the front requirements. Will be easier whenever I get the High Allagan bow.

Also have a ridiculous amount of unwanted skill speed in my current i101 build. Not much I can do there, but I should hopefully be able to shed some of that soon.

Yes, but most of the soldiery body pieces are junk. Not that easy if you are using Rosenbogen + Auroral Tabard without your accuracy accessories (HA or Weathered) which can be an issue. I can barely hit 515 with what I have now, but I'm hitting it cos I am using an accuracy pants. If I get the HA drop which is no accuracy, it's gonna be a pain in the ass if I still don't have the accuracy accessories lol.
