Ilevel requirement needs revision

Nobody said it can't be done. People want to clear it in 20 minutes, compared to 40 minutes, is all.

The quote stated that it wasn't able to be done. And further more, not only were we under geared but we were using a non standard party (no tank). If the OP goes in the dungeon with his gear (he's a tank) then unless he's trying to speed run and pull many packs at once, no matter what other players are wearing (you can't wear a crafting weapon so that stays the same) you will still clear in normal time.

As quickly as possible means to do the dungeon in a timely manner such that people should be in proper gear and be doing/ trying to do well. No where did I ever say that I expect an SR. I always ask and access the party if its possible to do an SR.

Like someone else posted, if all 4 people were in crafted gear, sure, maybe you can do the dungeon, but each DR is going to take you maybe 50% longer to complete.

Not that I don't say SB shouldn't be done, since I do it myself. Just pointing out that people are not saying it can't be done, just that it takes longer, and ain't nobody got time for that.

Not seeing the issue then... There are plenty of times I do dungeons and wipe until time runs out, but this is not the reason. If the dungeon can still be done, then don't harass other players based on their preference of playing a game. And lastly, if you don't have time to finish due to your party: when your time runs out, quit and take your penalty like a man. You know, seeing as you had to leave the game so it doesn't affect you.

You seem to be misinterpreting my message. I'm simply correcting you saying nobody said it couldn't be done (ie. meeting dps checks, health requirements).

I simply said that these people don't advocate spiritbonding in dungeons because it will take them 20 minutes longer than normal. They probably feel their time is better spent elsewhere - in that 20 minutes they could have completed another run.

I personally avoid speed runs and the likes, because I take my time and run stuff. Because I want to kill everything and spiritbond as much as I can.

I've said nothing about honest attempts at wiping in dungeons until time runs out. I have wiped at Siren for 70 minutes, and not cleared it before too, with proper gear.

I think if you have even one point of craftsmanship, perception, morale, etc...then you shouldn't be able to queue for non-pvp duties.

DEX has a place on tanks, it's called tank-melded gryphonskin rings etc, and dex melds after parry and acc on heavy wolfram. Jussayin.

I know dex affects block and parry rates. What he is saying what if I choose to wear all crafted ilevel 70 dex accessories in dungeons for the sole reason of spirtbonding. Will the OP do the same to me since I'm not wearing the "appropriate" gear?

Well, the ilvl 70 dex accessories have str as well, and whether or not they have vit melded to them isn't that big a deal for dungeons. If I was a healer and saw a tank in unmelded ilvl 70 str/dex accessories I'd be like OK, this tank will have less max hp, but take damage a little slower than someone in i90 fendings. I'd consider it a lot more reasonable than a drg in crafting gear.

Actually I was more referring to i45 Dex accessories...like Spinel set.
