Interesting. Earlier I ran t4 in DF with 2 SB rings and a bracelet. Im a tank, ilvl 101 normally. Is it still wrong, even when I am far above the ilvl requirement if I were to unequip those pieces. Is it still wrong when I still meet the accuracy cap as well? I could understand if I had something that lowered my defense, but rings and accessories don't.

We hit enrage, so maybe the dps weren't properly geared either? On top of that, the group did the kill order at the end wrong, killing adds first and leaving 2 dreads on me and eventually leaving me with no CDs. So I could just as easily have called them out for going into the fight not prepared and not knowing what to do. The thing is, I can't, because I don't pay their sub, and theres no rule that states one needs to know the fight before entering. Just like theres no rule against what gear you wear, as long as you meet ilvl.

I agree that you should meet some sort of stat requirement instead of ilvl, but i don't necessarily think certain gear itself should be banned. My static and I should be free to do whatever content we want in whatever gear we want pre made style. maybe block certain gear in pug duty finder. The bad thing is, someone could just not have any rings except crafting, so they equip a 55 ring of crafting gear just to meet the ilvl. I don't agree with that at all. But if you are already over geared, I don't see the problem.
