Unable to update game client

when I go up this morning i tried to update the game client and at first I had slow download speed then it when Download Speed: 0.00MB and I get the message The server is not responding. Anyone else having this problem?

It appears that if this happens you need to close and try again, I did that and its working fine now, had a windows update after I logged last night so that's probably the issue.
