    High Level GC Promotion

    I have reached the rank of Second Lieutenant with the Twin Adder and have discovered that I cannot be promoted further and have been encouraged to change GC. But I would like to complete my promotion in the Twin Adder to Champion before I change GC. How do I continue to gain promotions beyond Second Lieutenant?
