People buying gil is the biggest cause of the problem. It's not SE's fault that there's RMT spammers, it's the fault of those players who buy gil.

In my all honest opinion, the problem lies squarely on the PLAYER BASE not SE.

But at the end of the day, this all falls on the player base. STOP BUYING FREAKING GIL.

Why do people keep stating the obvious ? All I want is better filtering options that's available in F2P games.

Because people are dumb as hell and act like it is SE's fault (and/or that they're in league with the RMT spammers).

Well it is S.E's fault that reporting sucks and doesn't seem to work and the available options to block them sucks as well.
