RMTs killed Tell chat channel

I wish I was on a server that only got five RMT tells a day... Coeurl is awful.

Coeurl is out of control. The spam never ends. I get like 5 when I log on, 5 when I leave an instance, 5 when I teleport to another city, and it repeats.
