Need some form of punishment for outright rudeness

Just queued into Haukke Manor Hard with a couple company members, and the random tank we got pulled and then would just stand there, making me as a drg end up tanking because he wouldn't so much as auto attack them. He let himself get hit with dark mist, and then blamed the bard, saying it was her fault because she's "undergeared" that he got hit by it, said he's content just standing there like that, tabbing over to play GW2, and proceeded to laugh about it because he can't be punished for this behavior. He did the typical internet badass thing and talked about "bending my father over and ****ing him", insulted my mother, etc. This is seriously becoming a growing issue between people dropping out the second a duty starts for whatever reason, these kinds of attitudes, the game is going downhill quickly, and I'd like to see behavior punishable, I've tried reporting it through the support desk, and actually got told by a GM: "We understand how frustrating this can be while trying to complete a duty and apologize for the disruption this has caused for you. While there is no rule or policy requiring players to fulfill the role of their job/class..."

Yes you can, however, as I said all you're told about it is "We understand how frustrating this can be while trying to complete a duty and apologize for the disruption this has caused for you. While there is no rule or policy requiring players to fulfill the role of their job/class", so again, lack of punishment only makes these sort of people think it's ok and acceptable for them to behave in this manner.

Report them for the insults. Otherwise all you can do is abandon duty and hope you get a better group. It's a shame SE hasn't devised a way yet to ban a person from your specific instance ID once a vote kick goes through.

well first off, that guy is a douchebag but if you were running it with 3 people you knew why didn't you just vote quit lol, 3 against 1 means you'll automatically win and no punishment

Yes you can, but then you invoke another problem which i faced a couple of times myself:

They are a TANK.
They can do whatever they want, because they are a tank. If they want to rejoin the dungeon in progress he can do so right away even tho you just kicked them out. Or kicked them two, or even three times. They can come back and grief you the dungeon however they want. After 3 kicks you are out of them and all you can do is abandon and get a better tank who is, hopefully, not a douche that cries havoc and stops playing his part because he doesn't like your haircolor.

Sad, but true....
