PLD BiS (Post T9) - Widely Accepted vs. Optimized Crit

I've been a believer in crit since I tried a full crit build on T5 before 2.2 the DPS increase is notable imho and you don't trade much for it. With SS builds you also end up fighting with TP especially if you need to shield lob a few times in the fight.
Personally though there is no debate to me that this is BiS if you plan on OT

There's the issue.

If you plan on building an OT BiS, you're not going to prioritize Parry in many situations, such as Levi EX, T5 or T8. You can go into some fights as OT with full STR accessories on, and prioritize DPS (if you'll only be tanking a little)

I'm pretty sure tank BiS is from the MT viewpoint, not OT. Each fight's OT calls for something different, and you should be tailoring your build to that fight.

Actually you're right and I should of clarified - BiS for OT if you plan on taking heavy damage during the fight. I still would prefer Crit over SS build for MT, though for reasons I listed in my previous post.
