Quick question about BRD, Skill Speed, and Army's Paeon

In the event that you zero out on TP and Invigorate is down, is it better to continue attacking and incur the damage penalty while Paeon is up and keep it playing for a longer period, or momentarily stop doing anything (aside from Bloodletter) to let TP regenerate faster so you can quickly go back to attacking without the damage reduction?

20% dmg reduction isn't that bad really, but in most fights you will get to the point of where you will have downtime anyway. That will get you the extra amount of TP you needed w/o atking regardless and if both occur often enough you will end up at that point with full TP during downtime which is a waste. Paeon is a bit different than Ballad, you should only need 3 ticks or so to get back in the fight til you need to turn it off (essentially 3 atks). You can also play Paeon (or Ballad, to restore MP w/o a DPS loss) during downtime for 1-3 ticks in fights to prevent this issue all together (IE during Titan jump or Ifrit charges).

Other than Turn 4 and Turn 8, I can't recall a fight where your TP will get zeroed before invigorate is up, requiring you to play paeon.
