Having issues with launcher. Giving black screen and error.

So opened launcher on my PC today and i get A system error 2146697208. Anyone else having issues with this. Is it just me or is it possibly on Square's side.

Edit: its fixed now. What i did.
Open internet explorer (not my default browser). Then Internet options>>Advanced.
Scrolled down to Security, and checked "Allow software to run or install if the signature is invalid".
Closed Internet Explorer, then ran Launcher as administrator.
Note: after my launcher worked, I went back and unchecked "Allow software to run or install if the signature is invalid" option above. And launcher still works afterwards.

^That might've fixed it, or could just be that it was a server issue and SE fixed it on their side.
