1) Are you open about your rotation, and skill set?(I communicate alot directly of how to approach things, but don't require you follow me ber badum, however an open mind, shows skills in adjusting to situations)

2) Can you take a joke? (our fc members insult each other back and forth in a "barbershop" kind of environmnet, but its all out of love)

3) Are you on time? (There is an attendance issue that I am currently dealing with)

4) Are you comfortable with mumble? (we have a voice server, I don't require socializing on there or anything, but I communicate in there for raids, even just for people to listen to stay in beat with each other)

5) Do you have patience/communication skills? ( I don't like elitist attitudes, and this place doesn't have room for it)
