Im guessing your trolling this thread? lol But if your serious I do want to fill to raid groups, one one Monday Nights, and one Tuesday Nights. Doing both nights is also possible, so long as if there are other tanks ready for raids, they are given a shot, if you're already in one static group.

    ie:
    Tank 1 is in MonRaid
    Tank 2 is in MonRaid

    Tank 3 just got ready and geared for raids( they will get priority in Tuesday Raids)
    Then Tank 1 & 2 can get TueRaid on next Priority if Tank 3 wants to join group.

    If there is no Tank 3 or 4 ready for TuesRaid
    Tank 1&2 can be placed in those raids should they want to be.

    Raids will not be limited to Mon/Tues but those nights shall be static raids, that wont change partymake up unless otherwise notified.
