Looking to take over Rank 6+ FC on Zalera

I am looking for the leader of a rank 6+ FC on Zalera who is planning to drop/leave their FC for whatever reason (FC died, want to join larger, more active FC, etc), or even a leader who might simply be willing to pass leadership to a player ready to purchase land. I would prefer it be a small FC if that was the case, because the plot I want is small, and I don't want anyone being disappointed with that.

I have attempted to reach out on the Zalera forum, but it is not frequented often, and so I thought my efforts might get more mileage here.

Why not put time into the game and build your own FC instead of being lazy.
