I have a few dps , 2 dragoons, Ill probably heal or tank in the Static 2 group(for primals and until they get to second coil, of course then ill have to be replaced once they reach second coil as ill be mainly in first group). But DPS is easy to fill.

also I dont know if ive mentioned this yet, but we are new, and a smaller FC, the server itself is quite small, but people are nice and friendly. Theres the occasionaly jerk but the community as a whole is pretty nice.

Ika, I'm ilv91 white mage. I joined this server just a month ago, but unfortunately can't find any good groups to do T5 + end game contents.. I'm hardcore player who constantly devoloping new strategies for WHMs. Your guild sounds like perfect fit to me i haven't done T5 + due to people dying or failing to avoid AoEs etc.. I having really hard time to find a good guild because.. Since I'm new, I don't know where to start looking, but I would love to join y'all, meet with other members, run raids and have fun. Please tell me Ika, what would be my first step.

Well for starters, my group is not perfect. We schedule our current raid group at Monday at 8:30 PM Pacific. However i have an over flow of DPS that wants to raid as well. The plan is to create one successful group then cut in half possibly and recruit for 2 full groups to accomodate the DPS that really want to raids and progress. I expect member to learn and have time to be patient with other members if they aren't up to par yet. If that isn't somethign that fits your need then I can at least let you know before you decide to join us.

I also want to start educating newer players in the server so if you'd like to help with that too that'd be great. Our server population is diminisihng due to lack of progress and I'd like to say I helped in stopping that decline. That will be most likely done on Thursday afternoon/evenings. I started the EX group today and although the newbs did not down it, they were able to see all phases to the end, and got to about 3%. I'd like to have 2-3 static people from my FC to work those Thursdays if your interested.

As far as your first step, I am not sure what you are asking me? lol

But if you mean in joining us, and if its raid specific? If you can answer yes to these questions (or at least most of them) then you will definitely fit.

1) Are you open about your rotation, and skill set?(I communicate alot directly of how to approach things, but don't require you follow me ber badum, however an open mind, shows skills in adjusting to situations)

2) Can you take a joke? (our fc members insult each other back and forth in a "barbershop" kind of environmnet, but its all out of love)

3) Are you on time? (There is an attendance issue that I am currently dealing with)

4) Are you comfortable with mumble? (we have a voice server, I don't require socializing on there or anything, but I communicate in there for raids, even just for people to listen to stay in beat with each other)

5) Do you have patience/communication skills? ( I don't like elitist attitudes, and this place doesn't have room for it)
