Naughty Lil Monsters <LiMo> is looking for an i80 and up (we can gear u up to meet requirements for raids) healer and tank. I can teach both roles if needed some TLC with your endgame ability/skills.
Our small FC is looking for dedicated players, that are open minded, and not afraid of criticism. Communication is important, while being able to adjust to situations comes second nature to you as well. Also, we have an open non judgmental play environment, so you must be able to take some jokes and stabs at you and take it lightly as well.

Things I'm looking for, or not looking for in a healer:
SCH: Leaving Eos on auto/sic is a negative. I can teach you simple control if you want to learn.
WHM: Relying on Regen, and not knowing the potency and how to use Cure 3 properly is a negative. Read your skills and do some math.

Things I'm looking for, or not looking for in a tank:
PLD: Not knowing how to cycle CDs, not using provoke, freaking out when losing aggro.
WAR: Losing aggro. How the hell do you do that?

Right now I am trying to schedule them around Monday/Tuesday evenings, Pacific Time around 8PM for at least 3 hours. I also raid throughout the week.
Our raid group is young and just now getting to the i90s and would like to progress into the second coil and all the Extreme Primals in the coming week or so. I'd like to develop a great full working raid group. My current problem right now is attendance and that's why I'm posting here to look for dedicated players. This may or may not fit the bill for you, so just let me know if you are interested.

Also I do not know if this will affect your decision but we do use mumble to coordinate more difficult raids.

Also, I like teaching AND learning. But the main thing that I require, for purposes of getting along, is that any players raiding, need to be able to take direction and guidance. Questioning of rotations and methods can come from your end as well as my end. Party make up being ignored, is not a good thing as things can change. Alot of people are stuck in doing things a certain way only. I like people that know how(or are willing) to adjust to situations, as opposed to giving up because things aren't going their way.

If you would liek sure! lol but it seems u already have high allagan gear and a wave weapon so you're quite ahead of us. Im guessing your trolling this thread? lol But if your serious I do want to fill to raid groups, one one Monday Nights, and one Tuesday Nights. Doing both nights is also possible, so long as if there are other tanks ready for raids, they are given a shot, if you're already in one static group.

ie:
Tank 1 is in MonRaid
Tank 2 is in MonRaid

Tank 3 just got ready and geared for raids( they will get priority in Tuesday Raids)
Then Tank 1 & 2 can get TueRaid on next Priority if Tank 3 wants to join group.

If there is no Tank 3 or 4 ready for TuesRaid
Tank 1&2 can be placed in those raids should they want to be.

Raids will not be limited to Mon/Tues but those nights shall be static raids, that wont change partymake up unless otherwise notified.

IM trying to create 2 static groups, but right now i only have one, i have 2 tanks, one has great attendance, the other is great but isnt always on during raids. So I'm looking to fill that tank Spot. I also need to fill healer spots. I have 2, but undergeared and still needa be geared. One wants to join static raids, other I am still unsure of. So if I can fil that tank spot, and that healer spot, then all things should be good to go to start working on progressing.
