What is the best method for tank to select MOB when running? (SR)

Hi, first sorry for my poor english.

I have question as PLD tank, try to SR bray fox dungeon. I have some problem when running and have to select target and would like to know the best solution or best setting or i have to keep practice this thing.

This is what i used

- Run with L3 joystick (with left hand)
- Select mob by left-right arrow with left hand again? <== this is my problem and need some suggesting, do we have another methods for this?

While holding down L2 or R2, tap R1 or L1, any combination will work.

I never thought about what I was doing until I read this. Its tricky and probably not the most efficient way.

I move the L3 witih my thumb and use my Index for the D-Pad at the same time.

i move my right thumb on l3 and use my left thumb on the d pad.

The method muzy stated is probably the easiest. Your hands never move from their intended positions so its a bit faster transitioning once you have everything gathered. You can also hit infuriate/steel cyclone or overpower as you're running and still swap targets seamlessly.
