Why not just go through the Character menu? It seems like a waste of Hotbar space to put all your classes there, especially since changing jobs isn't something that needs to be done in a "Do or die" situation. Just a suggestion to clear up some space!

Because often I have to class change quite quickly. Example: Duty Finder and I'm in the middle of crafting, I need to be able to change right away when I'm done with the current job. Or if I'm fating.
I've often made it into a duty by a split second. If I had to go into my character menu, I'd have missed it. And that means another 3-6 hour wait.

The healer of love and justice! (Or the mad/insane/evil/berserk healer depending on who you talk to).
I've played healers for so long that I can heal in my sleep literally (People have seen me do it).
I like to do a bit of everything, but my preference is healing+support (until /that/ happens). FF14 title: Macro Queen

well that i just drag the commands to my hotbar and map the keybind to numpad with shift + xxBecause often I have to class change quite quickly. Example: Duty Finder and I'm in the middle of crafting, I need to be able to change right away when I'm done with the current job. Or if I'm fating.
