Regardless if the person is on blist, they can still harass you. Telling OP that they just need to lighten up is not the right answer. Report the person. If SE agrees with you they will be reprimanded. Unless they find that you are lying about it, they will probably agree with you.

Sorry to hear that's happening Keiko...I'm pretty sure everyone on our server knows who you are referring to because I sure do.

If it is in fact harassment, you can file a report to a GM and they will respond. I reported something to a GM on our server once, and did in fact get a GM sending me tells to respond to my claim.
