    Lot of victim blaming I see. You really think it's on the person being harassed to grow thicker skin than for the harasser to, oh I don't know, stop doing something they KNOW bothers someone else? If you don't know that it makes them uncomfortable that's one thing, but if they ask you to stop talking to them and even blacklist you, how do not take that as a sign to leave that person alone? At that point you become the person in the wrong for not respecting someone's request.
