    Keyboard glitch

    I have an expensive gaming keyboard

    Basically the issue is after a while of playing FFXIV, a large section of the keyboard locks. All software is up-to-date. I have to restart my computer before it starts working again. If I'm pushing a button when it locks, it will act as if I keep my finger on that button (makes it fun trying to restart if the last button I pressed was the Enter key)

    Anyone else have this issue? it only happens with FFXIV.

    Didn't have any problem yet with my Saitek Cyborg Keyboard. But your problem seems to be related to the software or drivers. Maybe you should try to uninstall the official drivers and software and use the windows default keyboard drivers.

    Search the forums; i believe someone else reported this problem as well. I don't know if it was the same keyboard or another one.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this concern to us, it is appreciated. I can understand your wanting to be able to use your keyboard without it getting out of sorts! What the other members are saying may be true, it may be a concern with the Keyboards drivers themselves. You may wish to contact support for the keyboard or perhaps contact our Support Center for possible technical support. Just in case though, I would like to request some additional information from you so we can see if there is something within the game that might be causing these problems!
