Item duplication

Seems like i've duplicated one of my items.
A day i've purchased a pari of iron baghnakhs, then i put it in my retainer.
The day after i see the baghnakhs in my inventory, thinking i've forgot to move it, but now i have a pair in my inventory and another in my retainer, and i'm 100% sure i've not purchased 2 pair.
