    PS4 upgrade download problem

I'm upgrading from the PS3 to PS4 versions of the game, and I redeem my code and the download begins. However, the download has failed ("The connection to the server has been terminated NW-31194-8"), and I cannot find a way to restart it, having followed the 'suggested actions' of turning off the PS4, resetting the router, and so on, but they haven't worked.

    What else can I do?

You can initiate the PS4 to start downloading it from the web based Sony Entertainment store, rather than using the PS4 based store. Suggest you delete the file you have tried to already download if it isn't allowing you to continue to download it.

1] Ensure your PS4 is turned on and logged into your PSN account.
    2] Go to https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwo...n-gb/home/main via a PC/Laptop etc.
3] Login using your PSN account details
4] Use the search function and search "Final Fantasy XIV"
5] Select the PS4 digital version it should state "Purchased" underneath it.
    6] Select the download location
7] You will then get a Notification pop up on your PS4 and your PS4 will start to automatically download the client.

Well, you seem to have understood my problem better than the PSN support guy who answered my email there, but no, if I go to the product page on the website it only has an option to add it to my basket for £29.99. However, in my download list there, I have an option to download it to my PS4, so maybe I'll try that.

Edit - It's going again now, it needed to have the first one deleted, as you said, and started again from the store (I did it via PS Store rather than the website, but I guess either would have worked).
