Phoenix Down: The unneeded uniqueness

What the title says.

Phoenix Down currently is an unique item therefore I can't buy tons of them and start reviving people around when I want to.

I understand the lore on the item, as being something rare and whatever but check Market Board! Everyone is selling it as is kinda useless as we just can carry one.

Please make it just like a normal FF item, non-unique and that I can carry double of my weight in phoenix downs lol

Exactly. But it is rare.
You can't buy from NPC, you can only obtain it in 4 quests ( http://xivdb.com/?item/4570/Phoenix-Down )

Also, the huge test saying about legendary bird and stuff.

It's useless (only works out of combat) on top of being unique. Making it non-unique won't change much.
