Quality of PvP Life! Chat/Glamor/Waiting time>

Hi!
These are some things I think would greatly help the quality of life of PvP.
Please feel free to discuss and suggest your own, simple/easy ideas that would make pvp a lot more fun, bearable, and casual!

• Please enable FC/LS Chat in PvP

These chats are enabled everywhere in PvE and dungeons, even in Coil!
It is too obnoxious to be mid conversation when your PvP que pop's, or not being able to respond to people ever while doing PvP.

• Please lower the pre-match Waiting time to 30 seconds!

1:00 is still too long! It use to be 2m when PvP was first release and that was just hilariously silly. Yes you can use this time to talk strat/say 'hi!'/ buff, buut none of this takes 1m. Scholars alone can't even start buffing people until the timer is under 30 seconds because their adlo's/succors only last 30 seconds. Absolute /worst/ case scenario, a PS3 Scholar might take 15 seconds to load in, that's still plenty of time to summon pet/adlo four people.

• Please enable Glamour in PvP*

I really enjoy how the PvP sets look; Warwolf(i70), Direwolf(i90), and Hellwolf(i100), but you get no choice in which you can wear. If you like how one looks more then the other, you get no choice because if you don't wear the best iLvL set, you're putting your team at a disadvantage. (and making ppl mad at you ; ;.)
I understand that some people think that glamor might make it hard to distinguish between jobs, or lead to snowman trolls everywhere XD, but you can't hide your weapon in a battle making it impossible to hide your job. (not to mention most lalafells already have pretty indistinguishable gear ^.~!)
At a minimum they should at least let you glamor PvP gear as other (same Job)PvP sets, so if you're at max rank you at least have 3 sets to choose from instead of only one. This is gona get really old really fast when Frontlines comes out and everyone is wearing the same set on all 3 teams ~ - ~.

If i see a enemy healer wearing the ilvl 90 chest i know his pvp rank more or less

If the healer use the glamour to change the appareance from his ilvl 90 chest to ilvl 55 pvp, then we have a problem focusing him or wasting damage.

I think they should be allowed,
Deception is legit in battle.

Glamor ban is a measure purposefully put in place to bring at least some clarity to the chaos of the Wolves' Den.

Until they give us ways of seeing what rank another player is without needing to see their gear (something more conclusive than 'fresh meat'), I hope this never changes.
