    Great thanks for all the responses I will give it a try, yesterday I was doing The lost city of Amdapor and went really smoothly hopefully the others will be the same. Thanks again.

    Lost City of Amdapor is considered one of the "expert" dungeons. In other words...you should be able to heal all the new hard mode dungeons with no problems at all.

    Haha looks that I'm doing everything wrong and I started with the most difficult content and yeah I finished all those dungeons without any kind of problem maybe I should trust myself a little bit more xD, thanks for the responses.
