    I'm level 35 marauder and my soul crystal spot is empty, should I have something there?

    Yes. Do the class quests at the marauder guild, you'll get something at one of the level 30 quests.

    Gladiator Lv 50
    Your level 30 class quest will grant you a Soul Crystal, giving you a stat bonus and 2 new abilities along with the 'Warrior' title. It requires you to have another class lvl'd to 15. I'm not sure what warrior's is, PGL I think.

    I reccomend you do that asap as being above lvl 30 and not having your soul crystal will get you yelled at in most parties, especially as a tank.

    Your class quests do NOT grant the soul crystals. Someone at the guild will direct you to (or be) a new quest giver and you will receive the soul crystal after completing the first quest from the new quest chain.

    If you haven't yet, you should also get Gladiator up to level 15. Once you complete your level 30 MRD quest and have GLD up to at least level 15, you can get your Warrior Job quest. (Pick it up at the MRD guild hall in Limsa.) That's what will give you your WAR Soul Crystal.

    Better yet, take Gladiator to 22 for Provoke.

    In the middle of grinding from 15 to 22 for provoke now, wish I'd saved more quests but dungeons and fates help. Any other cross class I should be after bar featherfoot and convalescence. I hear awareness and mantra are a must for some lvl 50 content

    You can only get those Job quests by finishing all your class quests anyways.
