Looking for a good MNK rotation for T8

this is the rotation I am surrently using from link, and my i lvl 91

    Boot Shine - Behind
    True Strike - Behind
    Demolish - Behind

    Touch of Death

    Dragon Kick - Flank
    Internal Release
    Twin Snakes - Flank
    Blood for Blood
    Snap Punch - Flank

    Boot Shine - Behind
    True Strike - Behind
    Snap Punch - Flank

    Dragon Kick - Flank
    Twin Snakes - Flank
    Snap Punch - Flank

with the gear & rotation + food I am only barely pass the mark to beat t6 with super slug, and not enough to do T6 w/o super slug. I would like to ask if any MNK can share their rotation for T8 (I already ask ig and most ppl say if you can keep buff up and dots the dmg will be good and I make sure to do that with the combo but....not enough)

The problem with being able to hand feed you a rotation is the fact that many guilds handle the encounter differently, I know some monks that have zero responsibility for the entire fight and still only pull meager numbers, where as on the other hand I know of others who take upwards of 2 different tower stacks, and also handle taking homing missile if the normal guy gets allaghan field, or even picking a mine up perform 100% better.

    I personally grab a debuff from the 2nd and 4th mine towers, and pick up homing if the guy with field normally gets it, so sometimes you can't really stick to "the rotation" but for turn 8 I usually open as such;

    Shoulder Tackle
    Touch of Death
    Perfect Balance
    Demolish
    Blood for Blood
    Snap Punch
    Internal Release
    Snap Punch
    Howling Fist / Steel Peak
    Dragon Kick
    Howling Fist / Steel Peak
    Twin Snakes (PB Ends)
X-Potion (Some can argue that it can be used earlier, but this is just where I like to have it on personal preference, you still get full 15 seconds with B4B and Internal and you can re apply DoTs just before it ends also)

From this point on I use my CDs basically whenever they are up, excluding PB(save it for mistakes unforseen issues etc), obviously I don't pop a cd when I am about to run to a tower etc,

    Bootshine
    True Strike
    Snap Punch

    Bootshine
    True Strike
    Demolish
    Fracture

    At this point Dragon Kick and Twin Snakes wore off about 2 seconds ago (Only time in the fight this will happen), because I had room to fit in a double rotation due to PB(DK+TS coming last in PB's rotation). From this point onwards it becomes more of a priority system of keeping things up, as you will be switching targets from Dreadnought and running to tower (maybe) so you may let a dot or buff fall off for a few seconds, Generally speaking though in an ideal world, this is how I swing it;

    Touch of Death
    Dragon Kick
    Twin Snakes
    Snap Punch

    Boot Shine
    True Strike
    Snap Punch

    Dragon Kick
    Twin Snakes
    Demolish
    Fracture

    Bootshine
    True Strike
    Snap Punch

Really you just need to focus on keeping up Demolish, Fracture(If you have bard(s)), Touch of death, Dragonkick and Twin Snakes; Obviously though you don't need to be told this really as you are on turn 8 yourself. Just make sure to use Cooldowns smartly, keep near on 100% Uptime on the boss, and never ever miss a global (don't hesitate just do something with it at least!)

Obviously don't read this and come away thinking, ok so this is 100% how i will do it. This is just How I play, and I have probably still heaps I can improve on, and Keep in mind that Currently I have over 420 Skill speed, When I was first progressing on turn 8 I had zero gear, practically full ilvl 90 and the Allagan weapons and was only able to push out a measly 350/60 dps if I played perfectly.

Pick up some crafted i90 gear and you will see your DPS go up by 10's and 20's with each part.

Last week I finished turn 8 on 458 dps , practically hitting that number 20 seconds after PB opener and staying there for the entire duration. For turn 8 you can try going on a Training Dummy for 8-10 minutes and try and get a good rhythm going there, hell ask a bard friend to provide paeon aswell. Hope some of this helps and Good luck on getting turn 8 down.
