Unable to proceed in Main Scenario quests after completing On to Little Ala Mhigo

[BUG] Logged into Final Fantasy XIV on PS4. And found that there is no main scenario quest icon on the map or to be located for my next quest after completing On to Little Ala Mhigo. Please help to remedy this problem.

Steps:
After completing On to Little Ala Mhigo quest it does not show what the next quest is on the screen.
Searched quest wiki's and the next quest is Tea for Three.
Tried exiting the area and coming back but does not work.
Logged out and even exiting the game but still no luck
Checked the Journal and it says that i completed the quest and nothing is active

Are you sure you've talked to all the NPC's in the previous quest? Particularly the old lancer? There's also a common problem that crops up in games sometimes where the NPC you need to talk to is involved with a sidequest that is triggering a different quest's dialogue ahead of the dialogue you need to complete a certain mission. That old man is involved in several quests around your level if I remember right. We've seen it happen a lot in FFXI as well, wouldn't surprise me if it's happening in XIV as well.

Might be worth checking your quest log for anything else that is open there and closing them out just to be sure, or at least talking to the old man again to see if he gives you a different dialogue to transition you into the next quest.

Another thought.... don't remember if the lalafell had more to do with the main story at that point or not either. Recall she had a couple quests where you helped the locals out. They could have tied into the main story I guess, as more attempts to earn their trust--one of them could be tied into the main story as a requirement and blocking you also. To be honest, I didn't use a guide at that point, I just completed all the quests I saw to get the xp to level and stay ahead of the level requirements for the story arc, and I didn't run into any snags with advancing the main story track out there.

There is no active quests in the log. And it won't let me retry the quest. And I did backtrack to talk to the NPC's and nothing happened. I wonder if moving the character from one world to another May have triggered this bug.
