    The Lobby Server connection has encountered an erro 2002 after reinstall windows

    i reinstall my windows then paste my backup ffxiv game folder into programfile folder and then, i can not access to the select charaeter screen just have "The Lobby Server connection has encountered an erro 2002"

    any help?
