Even if I SHOULD be good enough to tell off the bat which is which (even though I could have sworn that healer was a BLM). The fresh meat legit does nothing for the game, it would be visually cleaner to just see what the classes are.

Paladin Meat mmm.
Also harms the system that you can't tell if MRD or WAR.
Fresh Meat is a faulty measure.
I +1 this.
If even simply a Class/Job Symbol.

Changing it to the class/job names would basically be putting a number above the player in the order you kill them. Using "Fresh Meat" as the name means you need to pay attention to the players and not just their name.
Also, people still PvP?
This is making something more difficult for the sake of being more difficult.
And yes. Have you seen those armors? It's honestly more fun to Tank in PvP than PvE. I get bored with 1-2-3.
Ive never gotten confused as who is who, mainly because a healer never runs directly at you, and because 90% of pvp healers are scholors.
I'd rather see Fresh Meat changed to your current title (so you see things like "The Strategist vs The Wanderers Shadow"), with Class/Job symbols appearing above players names like the current Signs do.
I'd also like to see Glamours work in PvP. Only reasonable excuse I've seen to them not is that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Jobs right from the start, but that can already be the case with hide weapon, or with certain Jobs (Summoner and Scholar can look almost identical if they wish).
They could just do it by role/company. Like Flame Defender, Serpent Attacker, Storm Healer, Storm Ranger, etc.
Or change it into Team Red and Team Blue
Stop 1-2-3'ing, and instruct your party on how to efficiently use their AoE skills.
