    Every minute you can actively regen ~900-1000 MP along with your passive regeneration. If you opt to use Energy Drain (for whatever reason) it can be even higher. If you play smart you can go whole fights without dropping below 75% MP. WHM is talking out of his booty hole.

    Also: Healer's job is to heal. If they're complaining about having to heal, for whatever reason, they're doing it wrong.
