an unexpected error occured crashed the game, and now says this when trying to login

hello,

i received the following error message when returning in east shroud at 18:56 bst

an unexpected error occurred final fantasy Xiv a realm reborn will now close.
server Excalibur.

this not keeps happening when ever i try and login.

i have scanned for viruses, malware and root kits with both Malwarebytes and Eset, but this keeps happening.

i could simply reinstall the game, but this will not allow me to find out why it has happens, and what caused it, could the server logs also be check for when my sessions ended?

can you please help, do you have error logs with this game that i could look at or pass on for resolution?

Try deleting you internet browser temp files, particularly form data.

I just got the 10105 Error, and am not able to get back in due to the same error
