I don't think 3's going to be fighting for the title of 'best' FF game any time soon, but the remade version is still well worth the time of anyone who hasn't gotten the chance to play it.

Would be better if it was in a 2d format with refined graphics like they did to ff1 instead of this bad cutesy 3d. I couldn't even play ffiv when they redid it with these type graphics.

But take what you can get I guess.

Personally, I'm content with just owning the DS version. But good news for PC players looking for a very traditional and old-school JRPG.

Sweet, III is the only original (Read: Not spin offs or XIII related) I haven't played. Heck, I've even played FF: Mystic Quest!

Ill repeat what ive said on the steam forums, because it bears repeating.

The only reason 7 and 8 got steam releases is because they already had PC versions. To get 9 they would have to actually do work and port it over.

3 is getting a steam release because its on iOS which is essentially a crappy pc OS for your phone, so little work was needed to make a steam version.
