Icons for Quests not Appearing

I am attempting to complete the penultimate quest for the Dragoon warrior class "Fatal Seduction" and when I want to go to the red circle where the quest is supposed to occur there is no icon of any kind within the red circle to indicate where I am supposed to utilize the flute to commence the required battle. I had been searching for over an hour and have only seen text to indicate where smaller monsters are.

How can this be dealt with so that I can complete the required task?

You should have an item in your inventory, a flute of some sort. Check in your 'Key Items' bag if it's not in your normal inventory. Alternatively, look at the duty tracker on the side of your screen at the objectives for the quest you're in. There should be an icon of the flute there, which you can click.

There are no mobs sitting there waiting to be killed, you have to summon the monsters.

I know these things already because I have the quest active and I have the flute in my Key Items but when going to the red circle where I am supposed to be standing, there is no icon or text to indicate where specifically in the red circle to stand in order to initiate the challenge. That is why I made this post.
