    Guild promote/demote bug

    If you give a member of a FC the ability to demote/promote, they can promote themselves higher than their current rank, as well as promote other people higher than their current rank.
    You can promote them all the way up the 2nd to the FC Leader rank.

    This bug led to some nastiness wherein someone discovered they could promote to the top rank, and nab everything from the company chest. :<
