Dalamud Lore?

I don't remember reading any Lore pertaining to Dalamud's creation, with the exception of the Allag civilaztion, but nothing that goes into detail.
Was the Allag civilization the Lunarians? did Zemus' rage and hatred infect Bahamut? causing the Lunarians to awaken from their slumber, find the nearest planet, seal Bahamut away using remnants of the Lunar whale and their "moon" to keep him in check?
having to seal Bahamut in their only modes of transportation meant having to colonize their new planet.
Over time after they died off, the seal weakening and Zemus' manipulation bleed through to Nael, manipulating him to call the "moon" down

You seem to be theorising with the belief that the universe of FFXIV and FFIV is a shared one.
There is absolutely no evidence to support this.

As for Dalamud, there are a few threads in this very forum that discuss currently known information.

Have a little explore, I'm sure what you will find May help to alleviate your insomnia

you seem to be quoting ff4 not ff14. Their are several threads in here that answer all these questions. Read mooses summery of 1.0 and it should answer all your questions.

Whilst there are a few elements in the Final Fantasy series that DO suggest a shared universe (Gilgamesh being one, and his travels through the void), for the most part each numbered entry is it's own original story in it's own original universe.

Final Fantasy XIV is very much a fanservice title, and continues to provide us with references and cameos from previous entries. However this really is nothing more than fanservice, lol.
