I don't queue as tank for Expert roulettes because I'm too chicken to face speedrun pressure from strangers. However, I have gotten better at playing DRG as a result...

If I get Brayflox for my roulette, at the end of the dungeon I wait for everyone to leave before I go back and suicide run to that chest on top of the house and the other chest behind the coeurl so I can nab the items to turn in for seals.

And let's just say there's a good reason I move Elusive Jump off my hotbar when I do Titan.

I'll sometimes "accidentally" let DF tanks die if I don't like how they act.

I'll sometimes actually accidentally let DF tanks die (even if I like them) because I get distracted trying to set off a nice 3 DoT Bane on SCH.

When I dont know an instance or dungeon run I tend to relie on brute force and my HP pool to carry me

If someone don´t do their job in a Dungeon I try to kick them out.

Let the dps eat the mobs they were attacking out of order and asking healer don't heal them fools.

When healers pull aggro I don't run off to save them.

I always give commendations to fellow DPS, even if they were horrible, even if they were AFK the entire time and we had the greatest tank of all time who carried the team, was charismatic, and over all just an amazing stellar player - DPS will still get my commendation.

I played a tank in WoW for over 4 years, and have tanked in various other games. Tanks and Healers alike are both glory hogs who make it out to seem as though their job is insanely hard. The truth is each member of the team is valuable and important, playing a key role. I give my commendations to DPS to show that some one actually does realize their worth and value to that team. The FFXIV community especially could take that into consideration.
