    Primary class vs secondary classes.

I started out as a Archer and I changed to a Conjurer to because I changed my mind and wanted to be a white mage, so I changed to a conjurer. Since my first class was a archer and I changed to a mage, are there any negative effects to my mage not being my first class.

I have head some people say that I will not get access to as many skills since I changed to a mage and it was not my first class. I was just wondering if they are right or wrong.

Any info on this will be very much appreciated.

Nope, the way FFXIV is made, you can have multiple classes without affecting another. The only class this is not true of is smn/sch since you still only get 30 total skill points and must choose either int for smn, mind for sch, or a mix. So no, your skills and stats will be the same for your whm as any other whm, unless you choose to allocate skill points differently. Leveling multiple classes is actually beneficial due to cross class abilities.
