To be fair, I did not expect any of that.
The OP's message was not at all inviting to any trolling and is described as a situation in which many people have found themselves as well.
That said, Shioban's reply is also clear as day, very helpful and something everyone should take to heart and mind.
I work on computers all day and have been for the last 17 years, during the evenings I continue looking at screens by gaming or watching tv/movies.
For me taking regular breaks has also become a second nature because I have experienced exactly that which the OP is talking about myself.
Besides that I have every screen except for my home office tv placed at eye height and have invested in several other ergonomic adjustments at home and at work because I was also starting to suffer from several symptoms of RSI, as someone in my early 30's with quite a few working years still ahead of me I'd like to avoid those things getting worse.
